DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them below:(a) "User" means anyone who uses Cash Casino Calgary;(b) "Services" mean any services provided by Cash Casino Calgary through its website or mobile applications; and(c) "Content" means all text, images, videos, audio files, software, and other materials made available on or through the Website.
USE OF THE SERVICES
(a) User acknowledges that it has read and understands these Terms and Conditions before using the Services.(b) The Services are provided for entertainment purposes only and may be withdrawn at any time by Cash Casino Calgary without notice.(c) User agrees to use the Services lawfully and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
(a) User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account information and password.(b) User will not share or transfer its account information or password with any third party without Cash Casino Calgary's prior written consent.(c) User acknowledges that it has reviewed all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to its use of the Services.
CONTENT
(a) The Content is owned by Cash Casino Calgary or used under license.(b) All intellectual property rights in the Content are reserved by Cash Casino Calgary or its licensors.(c) Any reproduction, adaptation, distribution, display, transmission, performance, publication, non-publication, communication to the public, creation of derivative works, translation, modification, revision, update, or other use of any portion of the Content without prior written consent from Cash Casino Calgary is prohibited.
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE
(a) The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.(b) Except as required by law, Cash Casino Calgary does not make any warranties (express or implied) about the accuracy, completeness, currency, quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement of the Content.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
(a) User acknowledges that Cash Casino Calgary will not be liable to it in respect of any losses or damage arising out of:(i) use of the Services;(ii) reliance on the Content; or(iii) failure by Cash Casino Calgary to comply with these Terms and Conditions.(b) Subject to section 6(c), Cash Casino Calgary's aggregate liability (including for breach, contract or otherwise) will be limited to one dollar ($1).
INDEMNITY
(a) User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cash Casino Calgary from any claims arising out of:(i) its use of the Services;(ii) reliance on the Content; or(iii) failure by User to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions will be governed exclusively by, and construed in accordance with, the laws applicable in the province where Cash Casino Calgary operates without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to the Services shall be brought only before a court having jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cash Casino Calgary reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on its website. User acknowledges that it will review such changes regularly.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Cash Casino Calgary and User regarding their use of the Services.
